Refunds are issued by two modes -
1) Physical Product replacement / Exchange (30 Day Replacement Guarantee) - In case of damaged, faulty, 'Defective' condition, or incorrect items we would replace it with a new one, upon receipt of the returned item. You may request a replacement at no extra cost. Exchange / Replacement is subject to availability of stock. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund.
2) Refund (10 Days refund Guarantee)- In case you do not wish to receive the replacement, you would receive refund of paid amount. Before refund, you have to return: Original packaging and all physical items originally included by the manufacturer or
3) NO REFUND : No Refund for all Online services, Certifications, Memberships, Opinions, Forensic Reports, Fingerprinting, Online Exam Fees and Consultancy, Delayed Refund Requests etc.
Deductions Apply: Taxes, Service Fee, Payment Gateway Charges, Bank Charges, Convenience Fees etc.
